Life Charge LLC is a Realtor-founded, family-owned business based in Oregon, serving professionals since 2013.  We design and develop professional tools, notepads, and apparel created to support real-world workflows in real estate and beyond.

Our brand was built from firsthand experience inside the real estate industry. With more than 25 years of brokerage ownership and transaction management experience behind our designs, we understand that success in real estate depends on preparation, follow-through, communication, and professionalism. The products we create are the tools we wished we always had.

Where It Started

Life Charge began by designing structured paper tools specifically for real estate professionals — transaction logs, client tracking forms, market analysis sheets, and open house materials built to support listing appointments, active transactions, and day-to-day operations.
